Ofwel om Shoigu/Gerasimov te verwijderen, een algemene mobilisatie te doen en de duimschroeven op de hele maatschappij(incl. oligarchen) aan te draaien. Ofwel om ze te verwijderen, schuld te geven en terug te trekken.

Eerste optie, of iets gelijkaadigs, lijkt me spijtig genoeg meer waarschijnlijk.
