Ik vond het tweede seizoen wat tegenslagen, maar The Drowned Giant vond ik wel prachtig.Het 2e seizoen zal maar 8 afleverigen tellen en in totaal maar zon 80 minuten duren.

The series has reportedly renewed for season 2 as well with no official confirmation yet. It is likely to adopt all the five novels in the series which include, "The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy," "The Restaurant at the End of the Universe," "Life, the Universe and Everything," "So Long, and Thanks for All the Fish," and "Mostly Harmless." .
● Valve’s ‘Portal’ Movie is “Finally on the Rails,” J.J. Abrams Says
It’s been eight long years since J.J. Abrams and video game producer Gabe Newell brought together their Bad Robot and Valve companies to collaborate on feature film adaptations of Valve’s wildly popular video game franchises Portal and Half-Life. And it’s been five years since we’ve heard an update on either film. But Abrams finally has an update on the long-awaited Portal movie, which the producer and filmmaker says is back on track.
In an interview with IGN, Abrams confirmed the movie based on Valve’s Portal video game is still in the works, with a script currently being written. Abrams was naturally coy on the subject, but said that Warner Bros. is excited about the direction the movie is going in, and that it “feels like that thing’s finally on the rails.”

Paprika the overrated. Paar coole visuals, voor de rest way up its ass. De Inception van de animatiefilm.

Yeah als ze firefly er in smijten mag die ook wel idd maar er zijn wel meer goeie sci-fi reeksen. Waarschijnlijk in December het laatste seizoen van The Expanse.
● Nieuwe prent van IFC Midnight. Dat haalt mijn verwachtingen direct een stuk naar beneden. Ze hebben een bijzonder laag batting average maar wie weet... ze hebben toch al enkele toppers weten uit te brengen.
De trailer geeft naar't schijnt serieus wat twists weg dus kijken op eigen risico;

Het eerste seizoen was een guilty pleasure of mine. Jason Momoa kicking ass in a weird religious but strangely believable post apocalyptic society of the blind. Season 2 will be packing even more muscle cause Bautista is joining Momoa.

Cameron heeft ook weer een hoop nieuwe technologie ontwikkeld om onder water beter te kunnen filmen alsook mocappen. Elk excuus om te kunnen duiken lijkt wel goed voor hem. Enkele jaren geleden bezocht hij in een zelfgebouwde onderzeeer ook al eens de Mariana trog. Benieuwd of we in volgende Avatar films ook naar zulke ongekende diepten zullen afdalen.

Ging voornamelijk over AfroFuturism in muziek met namen als SunRa en Flying Lotus maar de imagery die zij gebruiken groeit op het afrofuturism van de jaren 90 en das bijzonder fris.
