- SPECIAL Bobbleheads are back, removed SPECIAL implants
- New implants which increase combat skills (+5 guns, laser weapons, unarmed or melee)
- Put a good starter weapon in Doc's house
Perks reworked:
Hunter: In combat, you do 100% (up from 75%) more critical damage against animals and mutated animals.
Swift learner: You gain an additional 20% (now only has 1 Rank) whenever experience points are earned.
Comprehension: You gain 2 (up from 1, so +5 total) additional skill points for reading books and double the skill points for reading magazines.
Travel light: While wearing light armor or no armor, you run 15% (up from 10%) faster.
Demolition Expert: +25%/+50% (now only has 2 ranks) damage with explosives.
Toughness: +6 (now only has one rank) DT permanently
Nerd Rage: +15% DT and Strength increased to 10 whenever health is 35% (up from 20%) or lower
Fast Metabolism: +30% (up from 20%) Hit Points restored with stimpaks.
Life Giver: +50 (up from 30) hit points
Rad Absorption: -2 (up from 1) Rad every 20 seconds.
