Helicopters are hard to keep in the air for any amount of time (though this could be from people using stingers and IGLAs to test them out).
.44 magnum has a different sound.
Both stationary and mobile AA have much more visible tracers.
Helicopter Air to Air missles appear to have no effect on jets, exploding before impact every single time.
Base anti air now has Air radar.
Minimap seems to be slightly bigger.
Color blind mode outlines icons on the minimap.
Friendly laser no longer blinds you (same for flashlight?).
Blue tint toned down by quite and bit and contrast increased.
Chopper Miniguns now drop bullet casing (like alpha/beta?). (Very cool.)
Chopper Miniguns now toggle zoom if you have ADS set to toggle.
Laser designation on all vehicles shows up now.
Changed bipod view when not aiming down the sights.

The revive window is now longer, people have been revived while in deployment options.
Bullet velocity on sniper rifles may have been increased. This means less leading of the target.
MG36 iron sights now remain when optics are attached (like G36C).
PP-19 laser "line" no longer appears under the LAM (graphic fix).
Parachuting speed has been increased.
Your now a green arrow on the minimap.

KORN / AT has a more visible smoke trail, different sound and seems to travel faster.
Sniper rifle bullets from the 98B and L96 (havent tested others) seem to be bigger on screen than before. This makes it harder to adjust the next shot. (
