Als ik mijn pc afsluit blijft Explorer.exe dus hangen, no matter what i do

kheb windows xp pro (volledig geupdate) geen spyware en geen virussen (denk ik toch, ge weet et nooit zeker ej)

Als je toevallig software van Logitech geïnstalleerd hebt (muis/toetsenbord) moet je deze eens deïnstalleren en opnieuw proberen.

Scan toch ook maar eens met HiJackThis en post je logfile

mm ik heb mijn toetsenboard en muis software verwijderd, en terug geinstalleerd maar het probleem doet zich nog steeds voor.

Kan het nog iets zijn?

Probeer eens met de standard drivers van win xp en dat je dan die probs nog hebt

dan kan ik die leuke functies niet gebruiken zoals knopje voor mozilla te openen op mijn keyboard en mijn 5knoppen op mijn muis

Maar zo kan je wel checken dat het ana logitech ligt, ja-dan-nee

- Windows XP Prof NLD

- HP Scanner (meestal not connected)

Zoek in Event Viewer (start -> uitvoeren -> eventvwr.msc) eens naar gerelateerde problemen/fouten.

Heb je dit probleem ook in Veilige Modus ?
Heb je dit probleem ook met andere accounts ?

ik zie redelijk (toch min 2per dag) fouten van DCOM,
maar toen ik gisteren mijn pc afsloot kreeg ik de explorer.exe fout niet meer te zien, wel raar, kga strax eens rebooten

ja in veilige modus krijg ik het ook

Maar explorer.exe blokkeert dus niet altijd, 2/3 keer wel

Ik denk niet dat die DCOM de oorzaak is van uw explorer-problemen, maar probeer toch dit eens:

* Start -> Uitvoeren -> RunDll32 advpack.dll,LaunchINFSection %windir%\inf\msmsgs.inf,BLC.Remove

Dit verwijdert (alle restanten van) Windows Messenger (NIET MSN Messenger !) en zou het DCOM probleem moeten oplossen...

nu enkel hopen dat dit de fout was indien explorer.exe nog eens blokkeert lijkt een format de beste oplossing zeker?

Je kan natuurlijk nog veel andere zaken proberen, maar misschien is een format de minst pijnlijke oplossing. Zoiets moet je zelf afwegen natuurlijk.
