Hello
I checked before i make a order to ship with HK post, or SG post.
All i got from options are airmail and express on my order page.
But i want Priority shipping, HK post or SG but certainly NOT China post.
I even want to pay more for like advertise on the website point 3. Priority Shipping with Tracking Numberpecial postal route which deliver packages direct to your current designated country
Express like ups en Dhl is a no go on my country because everything passed the custom declaration and the shipping service choose randomly how much we have to pay extra.
I used live chat and after waiting 35 min i got someone on the line.
I ask some stuff about the product but when i started about the shipping methods all i got was go to account--> message ....... and end of the chat.
So i send a message to the help-desk but all i got from was this answer

I am afraid we are not sure we can ship your order by HK post, since whether the order is shipped by CN post, HK post or SG post depends on the weight of the order and the logistics. Sorry for that. Hope you can kindly understand.
So 1 day later i got my email of shipping confirmation.
See my tracking number ends with Cn -->crapp.
I know Hk post bans airmails with lipo's since 2010 but i only got this problem with large lipo's for my airplanes and lipo's from 0 to 3200Mah are accepted by HK post.
I buy other phones on other web shops and they shipped with HK post or even in that case ship with SG post.

the part of the zip code and postal is not filled in.
So i sent another mail to the help-desk asking what filled in the shipping address of the registered airmail.
The answer

After checking, I found the zip code is xxxx. Right?
Off course this is right it's in my account details but i want to know whats the address on my package.
So the last part witch i'm afraid of is china airmail tracking system.
When i want to track my package " Success find: 0 items! "
That a joke Success find but no items.
Thats why i don't want to ship my orders with china airmail

----------So in 7 day's from ordering to arrive in my house and it's not a small shop i ordered so they processed a lot off orders in 1 day ------------
Last part is the ID levels.
I know how more you buy how more benefits you got,but hey don't do that on customers service.
Give them more discount then other users but give every customer the same service.
I already ordered from panda,hongkongeek,efoxshop,hobbyking,aliexpress etc and even more then once but this is far the worst case i got in communication and custom helpfulness.
Like i say thy advertise for priority shipping but when you ask for it it's not possible even shipping with Hk post is not possible.
So today we are 3 day's later my last order was already in my country in that time and no not even show up in the tracking.
Focalprice i think you have to spend more time to meet customers choice about shipping and help-desk.
On the most shops you have an option to choose between China,HK or Sg so i think it's not so hard to let us choose the shipping company.
This is not a flame thread just my experience about a first time buyer with no privileges.
Shipping was fast 2 days(item in stock), price lower then most webshops but customer service and shipping choice can be much better.
I hope my order will arrive at my doorstep soon and my address was filled rightand i not need to use paypal.
