Asserti zei:Katalysator foetsie? Kzou ook zo'n frontpipe moeten ebben

clowntje zei:rocketeer?
The pipework is mandrel bent which maintains a constant diameter throughout allowing superior flow.
Nur Spec R exhausts are designed for maximum performance, amazing appearance and an aggressive exhaust note. Most silencer boxes have a 115mm single tail pipe and come with a removable rear baffle section, which is easily removed and replaced by just removing a single 10mm bolt. The choice is between a big power gain, and a deep, loud throaty roar, or medium power gain and a more modest sound.
In recent tests a Japanese 2003 Impreza had noise levels of 96db with the baffle inserted and 105db with the baffle removed.
This is the latest design of filter to hit the market and is another ground breaker in terms of concept and stunning design.
The filtration element is fixed inside a polished stainless steel heat shield which prevents hot air from the engine bay entering the intake and thus reducing inlet air temperature.
Inside the shield sits the cone filter which has a very large base and narrow top giving in an ‘umbrella’ appearance, this clever design allows the maximum possible surface area of the filter element to be exposed to air being sucked into the intake.
The height of the heat shield can also be adjusted up to allow more air to the filter element, and down to reduce air flow. Power gains are very good thanks to the ‘umbrella’ design of the filter element and filtration levels are amongst the best in it’s class.
Sonic power makes a very distinctive high pitch whistling noise when the engine is revving hard, this sound can be varied slightly by adjusting the height of the heat shield. This is the top of the range of Blitz Filtration systems offering superior airflow, looks and sound.
The SBC -ID III Spec R. uses a twin solenoid set up for better response and holding high boost pressures. Maximum controllable boost is 2.5 bar (36.75 psi).
It also features four programmable channels for setting up boost pressure, and is suitable for both actuator and remote waste gate driven turbos.
It has an impressive list of functions that include a boost warning and limiter, scramble, speed map (only used with the Blitz Power Meter iD), record and replay mode, automatic peak boost hold, data display (with optional harness), graphical boost and speed chart, and fully adjustable contrast.
There is also an additional ‘gain’ setting that allows you to programme the response time of the turbos. The SBC-iD head unit is 1/2 din size.
The Blitz turbo timers are also fully automatic, working out the correct length of time your engine should be left idling to give the turbo bearings time to cool down, based on the way the car has been driven (the engine speed is calculated by measuring the small fluctuations in supply voltage the engine produces as it runs). This takes the guesswork out of running your car after a drive and will help to keep the engine and turbo in top condition.
The Dual DC features include:
* Auto turbo timer
* Manual turbo timer
* Lap timer
* Boost pressure
* Peak boost pressure
* Overboost warning
The R-Fit is an invaluable fuel controller especially applicable to turbo charged cars which have already been modified with raised boost pressure. More often than not is vital that cars with such modifications also have the fuelling altered to prevent detonation and potential engine damage, and the R-Fit makes this possible without the need for a full remapping of the car’s ECU.
The R-Fit has various different settings, which can be calibrated and used in accordance with the vehicle’s set up. Once different fuelling levels are matched to boost levels, changing between power modes is simple as the device has three programmable channels. The R-Fit will display in several styles and shows parameters such as airflow voltage, induction pressure and engine speed as well as the fuel control settings.
The DC & DCII range of gauges has features which, up till now, have only been available on expensive race car data loggers.
An electronic stepper motor controls the needle making the gauges very stable, extremely accurate, and capable of many powerful features.
A blowoff valve, (BOV, sometimes hooter valve, dump valve) does basically the same thing, but releases the air to the atmosphere. This creates a very distinctive sound desired by many who own turbocharged sports cars. Some blowoff valves are sold with trumpet shaped exits that amplify the "pfssssst" sound, these designs are normally marketed towards the tuner crowd. For some owners this is the only reason to get a BOV.

Den turbo heeft druk gemaakt terwijl ge hem nadien ni gebruikt, dus em moet hem terug kwijt (ge zit in lager toeren, dus lagere druk)
