Archief - Processor op sterven na dood?

Ik postte dit probleem eerder in aankoopadvies omdat ik ten einde raad een nieuwe processor en mobo wou gaan kopen en advies nodig had (heb thread ondertussen verwijderd wegens nieuwe info).

Probleem: pc reboot willekeurig, bij het opstarten van games, soms zelfs al bij klikken op "Deze computer" of eender wat. Geen BSOD, gewoon reboot.


Reeds gedaan:

Zwaardere voeding 360W-->500W

Oude graka ingestoken: 7600GT-->6600GT

Oude DDR sticks ingeprikt (ook elke werkende slotcombi, single,double,1 latje,2 latjes): PC3200-->PC2700

Memtest op elk ddr (de pc3200) stick afzonderlijk laten lopen: geen fouten

Temperaturen gecheckt: allemaal normaal

XP proberen te herinstalleren op met telkens slechts 1 HDD aangesloten. Kreeg reboot tijdens 1 installatie.

Niets helpt dusver.


En nu was ik daarnet wat forums aan het uitpluizen en vond iets i.v.m het uitlezen van de minidump file. Na wat geklooi uiteindelijk aan de praat gekregen en dit is de error in ELKE minidump (met uitzondering van PROCESS_NAME bijna gans onderaan, dit verschilt naargelang hetgeen ik aan het doen was wanneer de reboot zich voordeed): zie hieronder

VAL - MCi_STATUS register is valid
Indicates that the information contained within the IA32_MCi_STATUS
register is valid. When this flag is set, the processor follows the
rules given for the OVER flag in the IA32_MCi_STATUS register when
overwriting previously valid entries. The processor sets the VAL
flag and software is responsible for clearing it.

UC - Error Uncorrected
Indicates that the processor did not or was not able to correct the
error condition. When clear, this flag indicates that the processor
was able to correct the error condition.

EN - Error Enabled
Indicates that the error was enabled by the associated EEj bit of the
IA32_MCi_CTL register.

PCC - Processor Context Corrupt
Indicates that the state of the processor might have been corrupted
by the error condition detected and that reliable restarting of the
processor may not be possible.

BUSCONNERR - Bus and Interconnect Error BUS{LL}_{PP}_{RRRR}_{II}_{T}_err
These errors match the format 0000 1PPT RRRR IILL

Kan ik hieruit afleiden dat het blijkbaar de processor is? Of kan ik hieruit vanalles en nog wat afleiden?

ik heb ook nog eens gehad dat mijn reset knop doorsloeg, wrsl door te hard op te duwen was het mechanisme onbetrouwbaar geworden en daardoor kreeg ik ook willekeurige momenten reboots, hebt proberen te herstellen mr da lukte niet, ganse boeltje in andere case gemonteerd loste het natuurlijk wel op

tkan natuurlijk wel ook aan uw mobo liggen, slecht contact of zo; mr uw cpu lijkt toch meest waarschl, dat zegt de dump toch
