Op 17 oktober was m'n gametime expired maar paar weken later checkte k de armory en zag 'Last updated: 25 october 2009'. K verander dus mn password van battle.net en check me account op wow account management en zie dat mn status frozen is. Dit betekent dus dat op de 17de mn gametime was expired.
Vandaag krijg k twee emails: 1 van een password change( de hacker heeft het wrs veranderd) en 1 van WoWAccountReviewEU.
In die laatste stond dat mn account gebanned was wegens het verkoop van in-game geld en powerleveling services. Ook stond dit erbij "Account access is the responsibility of the account owner and account sharing is against our Terms of Use. Therefore, should you believe someone other than yourself (the account owner) has committed this violation of the Terms of Use with your account, these sanctions would still apply, as our action is taken against the account, not the individual."
Nu heb ik 2 vragen:
Hoe kan het zijn dat mijn armory laatst op 25 oktober is ge-updated terwijl mn gametime op die datum al was expired?( sorry kom niet op nederlandse woord)
Kan ik nog mijn account herstellen door contact op te nemen?
