Installation
============
Unzip the .esp file to your "Oblivion\Data" directory
Enable the following plugins using the Oblivion Launcher:
MD_Race_Menu_ReLevel.esp
Open the Oblivion command line by typing the "`" key (same as "~") and type ShowRaceMenu. You will then be able to change your face, hair, eyes and sex. I would not recommend changing Races as this may cause some problems with your racial bonuses. When you click done and yes to the pop-up dialog, wait for a couple of seconds. A message will appear in the upper left hand corner of your screen indicating that your character's stats were reset. It is very important that you wait until after that message appears. Now, save your character into a *new* savegame slot and exit the game. When you restart, *disable* the MD_Race_Menu_ReLevel.esp. This way, you won't forget about it the next time you start a new character. Oblivion will complain about starting your save game without the plugin, but you can just ignore the warning. Once in the game, you can resave over the new savegame.
Bugs & Limitations
==================
Stats and Attributes are preserved, but all leveling info is lost. Can cause problems with characters that are still in the tutorial sewer quest.
