Ik heb een mailtje gestuurd naar de Blizzard tech support ... hopelijk doen ze er iets aan, in hoeverre ze dit kunnen.

The main problem is, that since yesterday, I'm having a lot of lag in the game. Yesterday, I even had a latency of 900+ms. When I started to play this morning, I had a latency of 40ms. An hour later 350ms, another hour later, 600+ms. The game is really unplayable like this.
My provider is Skynet. I'm from Belgium. When I do a traceroute to this website. There's a swedish provider Telia.net, slowing everything down. Probably this provider is the cause of the whole problem. There's a topic about at the Blizzard forum, and 2 Belgian gaming forums, since Skynet is one of the largest provider in Belgium. Is there anything you can do about it? I have heard Telia is a partner of Blizzard, so I guess it's possible to help us out?
We're paying for the game monthly, no problem with that since the game is worth it. But for that many I demand a proper connection to play the game.
