Hallo iedereen,
gisteren heb ik in de winkel "Alpha Protocol" (sega) gekocht. Het installeren verliep vlekkeloos. Bij het ingeven van de key, is er blijkbaar een internetverbinding nodig.
Dit is de melding die ik krijg:
"We attempted to find an internet connection, but could not. This could be because your computer is disconnected from the internet or that the program is being blocked by a personnal firewall. You have the following options:
1 I have enabled my internet connection and want to try to activate this program online
2 I want to generate a request to activate this computer, whic will I upload via a browser on this or another computer
3 I want to install a response that I received after uploading my request
4 I would like to learn more about disconnected activation"
Het grappige is dat ik wel degelijk een internetverbinding heb (anders zou ik dit bericht niet kunnen posten). Ik heb de firewall aangepast, helaas zonder resultaat.
Ik versta ook helemaal niet de bedoeling van keuze 2 en keuze 3.
Iemand een idee hoe ik dit probleem kan oplossen?
