I am glad to annonuce you that finally Erazer, the mod maker of Medal of Honor (Allied Assault) TeleVision, released the second beta version of MoHTV.
What is MoHTV ?


mohTV stands for Medal of Honor (Allied Assault) TeleVision which allows you to spectate other gamers in real-time (with a bit of a delay, to ensure you can't influence the game itself). It's pretty much the same as spectating, but in various ways better:

You see exactly what the one that is broadcasting sees. There is a minimal delay, so even though 100 people can watch you play the biggest match.
of the year, the watchers can't give your positions to the ennemy.
Hundreds (even thousands) of people can watch the same match at the same time. Normal gamservers have a limit of 16, 32, or 64 players, but not mohTV.

Da is al lang in rtcw, wolf tv Ge kunt matches spectaten met een beetje vertraging.

edit: als ge dit moet broadcasten(als speler zelf) zou dit iet van lag veroorzaken of is dat verwaarloosbaar?

verbruikt da veel download als ge daar naar kijkt?

Ooit engels gehad? of 'denkend lezen' gehad int lager? ^^ hehe

1. Zit vertraging op van minstens 20 seconden maar wsl 30 seconden

2. Geeft evenveel upload als een connectie naar mohaa. Dus tis alsof ge 2 keer mohaa zit te spelen. Wa wil zeggen dat dat normaal geen kwaad kan, maar ge zou best nix anders meer aant uploaden zijn.

3. Het geeft evenveel dowload als ne gewone connectie naar mohaa

P.S. Dees dingen week ni 100% zeker maar ik heb wel een klein beetje verstand van informatica en die dingen dus ge kunt mij wel geloven Ge zult het niet om mohtv moeten steken als ge plots ies lag hebt zu

hoe werkt da juist, ge runt da programma, connect naar de "server" en dan kijkt ge via mohaa? (ik ben te lui om da te testen )

1) Download

Follow these instructions:

* uninstall all previous versions first
* backup your unnamedsoldier.cfg file
* download this MOHAA.EXE file http://mohtv.box-blue.co.uk/mohaa.zip
and put it in your \mohaa\ folder, backup the other

* Don't use DMW to watch matches
* DMW doesn't support broadcasting of matches at the moment, Cashy will fix this in the next release of the DMW client

* Don't open any exe whatsoever! Just click on the link in your startmenu / desktop and follow instructions


How to watch a match

Click on the mohTV icon on your desktop or in your startmenu

It will open a webpage ( http://mohtv.box-blue.co.uk/login.php )

1. Login
2. Go to the "view matches" page
3. Click on the match you want to watch
4. mohTV will launch, wait till the match starts, start buffering and eventually launch mohaa and show the match
5. If the match stops, close MOHAA and close the mohTV program


How to broadcast a match

Click on the mohTV icon on your desktop or in your startmenu

It will open a webpage ( http://mohtv.box-blue.co.uk/login.php )

1. Login
2. Create a Match
3. Tell all your buddies you're gonna play with mohTV on

4. When the match begins, goto the site again
5. Go to the "view matches" page
6. Locate your made match
7. Click on the "broadcast!" link
8. mohTV gets executed and is ready to go

9. Start your MOHAA and connect to the server
10. When you are ready, press F7 to start broadcasting
11. When the match is finished, press F8 to stop mohTV

12. Close down the mohTV program



Important: once you have stopped broadcasting (ie. you pressed F8 or you crashed or you disconnected from the server) it is not possible to continue to broadcast !

In such a case, you would have to follow all steps again from 1 to 10 !

Je kunt ook zonder lag met smallband ontvangen

pfff geen zit om te teste :X

lol dit kan een nieuwe boost voor mohaa betekenen en ze zijn allemaal te lui om te testen

het werkt goed , wel nog maar ff geprobeerd. Nog niet zelf gebroadcast.
