Eerst uitleg over het spel zelf: (van één van de makers)

In KO you start out as a petty landowner who must work his way up to maybe one day become King of one of the 14 castles! But the road is long and to get there you must fill your treasury by collecting taxes, organizing fairs, raid villages, attack other players or go on a holy crusade together with some of your friends!

But money is not enough to become King of the land, you will need soldiers to become strong enough to defend your own land and attack the enemy. Send out preachers to convert people to your side or simply go on a slave hunt and capture them that way. If your need for a workforce is larger than ever then you could go on an African expedition together with several other expanding players.

War isn’t the only thing that keeps the world going. Play a game of dice to enhance your riches and if your ambitions are truly great than participate in jousting tournaments with your very own Knight who you can equip with various items you can find on a crusade! If you are clever enough than you can make loads of money by buying goods in one province and selling it at a large price in another but beware of Kings (other players) who are overzealous when it comes to taxing!

So you’ve gathered a fortune, bought a mansion, won several tournaments, expanded your empire with a flourishing population. Then now is the time to claim the throne of one the castles for your own! Deploy catapults, trebuchets, rams, siege towers to improve your chances of winning the day but remember that the enemy king will have likely put down some serious defences such as killing pits, archers, iron gates, boiling oil , …

But the most important aspect is to have fun, kings online is completely free and will stay that way. Ideas are also very welcome as the game is open to expansions.

Ik moet de maker compleet gelijk geven, het probleem is dat je een tijdje moet bezeig zijn met de game voordat het echt leuk wordt. Heel noodzakelijk voor de fun is het hebben van een IRC-programma.

De guild functie is enorm goed uitgewerkt. En Guild wars komen momenteel heel vaak voor in Kings Online land...

Ze zijn eigenlijk nog druk bezig met nieuwe mogelijkheden.

PM ingame suiraCLAW en ik voeg je toe in mijn guild, geef je wat gc en rescources, enz.

paar maanden geleden ook gespeeld, zeer saai na een paar dagen. En zorg er voor dat je F5 toets goed werkt want in dat spel is het de kunst je F5 knop te martelen.

Het spel kan zeer leuk en verslavend zijn als je in een goede guild zit en/of je IRC hebt en kan gebruiken.

En wat je daar zei over de F5 toets is geheel waar.

en waarvoor heb je die dan nodig

F5 = Page Refresh

kan iemand me dit wat uitleggen hoe het werkt ben pas begonnen en snap er al niets van

ik vind het eigelijk pokkesaai tov bv castlequest 2 of warriors2

Eigenlijk is het nogal simpel maar héél verslavend spel (mensen die 12uur/dag opzitten zijn geen uitzondering)...

En na een tijdje wordt het echt veel leuker.

Nu is siege online gekomen die heel wat nieuwe functies meebrengt.

En nu een beetje uitleg:
-Je krijgt soldiers van tasken.
-Je krijgt slafes van advanced tasken.
-Je krijgt goud van crusades.
-Je krijgt rescources van slafes.
-Je krijgt craft items van rescources.
-Je kan mee op crusade met craft items.

Nu nog over crusades:

This is for most of the beginners somthing scary because they don't know how to begin but you can recieve lots of money with a crusade (a normal crusade gives you 1 to 2 mil gc) so its worth to try.

First thing to do: go to crusade and click on start crusade.
2.There will be 3 things you must fill in
Weapon :here you put the name of the man who delivers the swords
Armor: same for shields
Barracks: same for barrs
3. you click update crusade
4. you click depart crusade when all the suppliers setted their supplies (look to it that you have enough soldiers going with you)
5. click edit crusade ,you will be preseted the mob list and you can attack a mob of the list by pressing attack.
6. wait 2 minutes and repeat step 5 till your army is defeated or till your army is tired. the maximum lenght of a sade is 2 hours

now maybe the most difficult part of leading is how do I get those deliveres?
1. go online on irc and /join #belgica there you find others who wil deliver with pleasure.
2.create a new topic (left bottom) and do it like this

Leader: your name
Weapons
Shields
Barrs

then below others who have goods can place their name, along with the goods their willing to supply and the amount of soldiers they have.
Then you as leader can edit their names in the first post.
And you also have to count the total amount of soldiers everybody has.
This sum will be the size of your crusade wich you also have to place in your topic so every deliverer can edit the right amount of goods.
