heel belangrijk voor speler, speler die geen talent heeft krijgt bij elke training slechts 1/8 kans om te stijgen t.o.v. speler die wel het talent heeft voor volgend niveau, precieze werking talent:
Talent is indeed hidden and doesn't have to do with age. You can have untalented young players and talented old players. There are 2 ways of discovering talents:
1)ask for coach report, even tho coaches might be wrong so don't trust 100% in their asnwers, plus they only give you rough estimation of the player's talent, divided in 5 categories:
Arrow Your coach doesn't believe that XXXXXXX will ever become a great footballer.
Arrow Your coach thinks that XXXXXXXX has a remote chance to become a great footballer.
Arrow Your coach thinks that XXXXXXXX can become a good footballer.
Arrow Your coach thinks that XXXXXXXX is very talented player.
Arrow Your coach is certain that XXXXXXXXX will become a football superstar very soon.
Imagine that talent has a scale of 1-100. Being divided into 5 kinds of answers, imagine each kind has an interval of 20 units. So if your coach thinks your player is very talented, he could have a talent range between 61 and 80. However, there's an error margin in coach reports Exclamation . Let's say your player has talent 65. The coach can be missjudging his capabilities and he can asses his talent to a level of 55 (10 units lower). Then he'd give you this answer: "Your coach thinks that XXXXXXXX can become a good footballer." The accuracy of reports depend on coach ability: the better the coach, the more accurate the report.
What I do is request reports for players till I have 5 reports for each player. Then I can make a quite accurate opinion about the player's talent . For example, my most talented player appears to be:

As you can see he's talented but I'll request two more reports just to be sure. Wink
2)Another way to discover talents (mainly in other teams) is to see how well they played. You can look at any player's stats (even if the player ain't yours) and see how well he played during his past games. Note that all players can be in good/bad form at a certain time so be careful not to get tricked by looking at stats from only the last 2 games for example, cause the player might have been in good/bad form.
