Als ge het niet zo erg vind om minder vuiligheid te zien rondvliegen als een bom afgaat etc:
OK set cl_phys_props_enable 0
This gets rid of the little phys props that waste ure cpu cycles when a nade or the bomb goes off (not barrels/buckets/tyres). When the bomb goes off now i dont get that pause anymore!

before - fps at wall, empty server, ping 80, 40 fps
after - fps at wall (same as above) 80 to 80 fps
80fps with trilnear and 4 times AA - How Cool is that!!!
by the way, my autoexec.cfg now looks like this...try it
