wat achtergrond, allods is een russisch project dat een enorm budget gekregen heeft en wil enkel bewijzen dat free 2 play mmorpg's de kwaliteit van p2p kunnen evenaren. Daarom dat het er zo goed uit ziet.

er is idd wel een "cash shop", maar tot op heden is nog niet gekend in hoeverre die cash shop determinerend is voor de gameplay. Als de cash shop enkel cosmetische items verkoopt (en eventueel xp scrolls ed), dan heeft dat weinig tot geen impact op de gameplay van users die volledig gratis willen spelen.
Ik meen te wel te weten dat er effectief wapens & armor verkocht zouden worden voor characters van lv 1-10. Dat is nog relatief acceptabel, gezien lv 1 tot 10 niet lang duurt voorbij te raken.

Maar voor de rest is allods volledig gratis ja. De 2de beta test zou normaal gezien woensdag beginnen als ik het goed gelezen heb

kzegget, unbalance komt enkel voor wanneer die cash shop aanzienlijke hoeveelheden core elementen van het spel gaat beginnen verkopen voor echt geld, zoals equipment met veel betere stats & upgrade/power ups met 0% kans om te mislukken enzovoort. Ik weet momenteel nog niet wat er in de cash shop zit. Maar tkan zijn dat de russische versie die wel al heeft, 'k zal eens zien.

Hmm wederom niet teveel updates voor de healers. Die bijna onspeelbaar zijn vind k persoonlijk.

Woensdagnamiddag begint CB phase2, welke klasse gaan jullie deze keer proberen? Ik heb in phase 1 een healer getest en deze is volgens mij nog te buggy om te spelen, zowel op pvp, pve en zelf om solo te levelen. Ondanks de vele topics met die de buggs vermelden is er ook bij volgende update weinig verbetering zodus zal ik morgen iets anders proberen. Warrior lijkt me wel wat.

Binnen enkele uurtjes begint het! Maar er zijn veel installproblemen, was ook zo in beta1. Dus voor de mensen die net als ik een bugged launcher.exe tegenkomen of soortgelijke error;
1. Re-name your Launcher.exe, located in your Bin folder (default: C:\ProgramFiles\gPotato.com\Allods Online\Bin\Launcher.exe) to Launcher0.exe
2. Run it.
3. You'll notice that a window just appeared.
4. Press the invisible OK.
5. Let it patch.
6. Close it when it's done patching.
7. Re-launch it.
8. Press the invisible OK again.

ik zit met het volgende probleem: Ik geraak tot in character creation scherm maar ik kan daar niet op het 'v'tje klikken

*edit* Het lukt wel om imperial chars aan te maken maar geen league chars. Iemand die weet hoe dit komt?
