Over die laatste heb ik nog wel wat te zeggen. Beide zijn in één nogal strak (maw nauw) kartonnen verpakking toegezonden en in seal. TT was brand-new, niets op aan te merken, RotK was overduidelijk tweedehands! Ik heb m'n beklag gisterennacht meteen gedaan.

I recently ordered 2 items:
- Lord Of The Rings: The Two Towers (4 Discs) (Special Extended Edition)
- Lord Of The Rings: The Return Of The King (4 Discs) (Special Extended Edition)
I was glad to receive these today, but the latter arrived rather damaged. The two boxes came in one parcel.
While The Two Towers was brand new in seal with a specs leaflet, The Return Of The King showed significant signs of a previous owner/user. The exterior slipcover was some what damaged (shallow dents, worn ink...). Also two discs appear to have scratches, and the two other weren't new, but were rather unclean (fingerprints, etc.) The specifications leaflet was missing as well.
I found it odd that I could receive a brand-new copy and a second-handed one simultaneously...
I would expect a consistency and good customer service. I'd actually like a new box for The Return Of The King.
What do you suggest I should do, and will I have to pay more for this inconvenience?

We apologize that this item has arrived in a sub standard state and assure you we will do all we can to rectify this.
We can confirm that we do not trade in nearly new / second hand goods and all of our items come directly from reputable UK suppliers.
In light of this occurrence and the inconvenience of trying to return it to us, I have organised another copy to be sent out to you.
