Please be sure to block out the middle digits of the credit card number, leaving only the first and last four digits. Our fax number is 408-778-4577. Please be sure to lighten the copy so we can verify the information. If we do not receive the requested information from you within 2 business days, then we will cancel your order. Your credit card is never charged until we ship your order. The credit card statement you might see online is not a charge but rather a pre-authorization to charge your card. If we cancel your order, then the pre-authorization will be removed after a few days or the specified time frame your credit card company has designated. You have the information you need. I don't trust it to send a copy.

Hello,
I do understand your concern. The reason that we ask for a copy of the credit card is to protect the cardholder. We have had several instances where people try using stolen credit card numbers on our website. They actually do not steal the card just the numbers from it. We need proof that you do in fact have the actual card. The request does ask you to black out the middle 8 digits on the card as well as the security code on the back. That way there is no way for someone to steel the information via fax or email. We just need the first and last four digits for verification.
Please be reassured that we are a legitimate company that is just looking out for our customers.
