- Game Designer:
• Solid game design skills and understanding for gaming systems
• Knowledge about game development processes
• A sense for aesthetics and art
• Excellent MS office skills and knowledge about mind maps, Visio etc.
• Understanding for the need of documentation and structured communication within a team
• Team Player
• A love for video games
• Good English skills (written and oral)

- 2d/3d Artists:
• Solid 2D/3D art package skills (Photoshop, Maya)
• Concept artist
• Knowledge in scripting/automating 3D packages
• A sense for color, form and artistic vision
• Proactive personality and good communication skills
• A sense for risks, dependencies and priorities in a project
• A love for video games

- 3d Programmers:
• Solid C/C++ skills
• Knowledge in software architecture and design patterns
• Experience in console development and in various game programming disciplines (Rendering, AI,...)
• Broad technical knowledge (ex. hardware, other programming languages,...)
• Proactive personality and good communication skills
• A sense for risks, dependencies and priorities in a project
• A love for video games
