Archief - Leeg desktop, geen folders zichtbaar,...

Hoi,

gisteren telefoon op mijn werk van mijn vriendin. Tijdens het streamen van 1 of andere serie is mijn laptop gereboot en kreeg ze een scherm van windows recovery. Toen ik thuis kwam heb ik hiernaar gekeken. bleek dat dit 1 of ander malware was (taakbeheer werkte ook niet meer). Ik heb dit kunnen verwijderen, maar daarmee zijn de problemen nog niet opgelost. (Hitman Pro gebruikt) Ik heb dan de pc hersteld naar een herstelpunt van een paar dagen geleden, maar nog steeds problemen.

Problemen:
1) mijn bureaublad: achtergrond is weg, alle icoontjes zijn weg
2) taakbalk: snelstart knoppen zijn weg, bij Start->programma's staat niks meer
3) als ik explorer start en naar mijn C-schijf browse, zie ik geen enkele folder
4) om de x minuten opent er een popup van internet explorer

installeer anti-malware bytes, en het kan zijn dat uw bureaublad icoontjes verborgen zijn.
(rmb op desktop - arrange icons - show icons aanvinken)

probeer ook eens via de adresbalk naar een bepaalde folder te browsen, dan moet ge dus ni op de map zelf klikken, als da lukt kunt ge mss zien of er nog items op uw bureaublad staan
