HP announced the five megapixel Photosmart 935 and three megapixel Photosmart 735 at the Photo Marketing Association (PMA 2003) show earlier this year. The 935 is a development of the Photosmart 812 design, this camera has a five megapixel 1/1.8" sensor and three times (Pentax branded) optical zoom lens. The 935 joins an ever growing area of the digital camera market, compact three times optical zoom five megapixel.
HP's approach to digital camera design is slightly different to other manufacturers, they appear to be concentrating on making the camera easy to use and providing visible control and indiciators on the camera body. For example there is a single dedicated movie mode button on the top of the camera, along with LED indicators for each individual flash and focus mode.
