Any hints on Druid professions?
You can pick whatever you feel for, but advisable professions are Herbalism/Alchemy (for the various buffs and potions), Skinning/Leatherworking (to make your own leather items) or Mining/Skinning (to make money). Personally I use Herbalism and Alchemy, and I like it so far, but the choice is yours!
What talents should I pick?

Remember that you cannot regret your single choices when picking talents, you can only unlearn (also known as "respec") all of your talents at once, and at a high cost. The cost is 1 gold, then 5, 10, 15 and so on, stopping at 50 gold (50 is max cost to unlearn). When unlearning your talents you also unlearn associated skills, such as Nature's Grasp and Fairie Fire Bear, and it will cost you money to gain new skills from your new talent build.
There are so many choices, it's not as easy as Balance/Feral/Restoration. Experiment with the talent calculator above, try out talents in-game, ask around. There is not an "ultimate build" that is easely the best for all situations. Short about the trees, Balance enchances our offensive casting abilities, especially moonfire, Feral enchances our forms, but there are also talents that do that in the other trees, Restoration enchances our healing abilities mostly.
It is said that Feral is too weak, and Restoration is the only way to go. Sure, if you're gonna be the healer of the party, go Restoration, but Druids are all about choices. But it indeed is true, that the Feral tree is a little bit weak, I'm sorry to admit so.
To name a few good talents that you should take a look at:
-Nature's Grasp: Balance, a spell with 1 minute cooldown that makes melee attackers rooted, higher ranks increase the chance of rooting (35%, 50%, 65%, 80%, 100%)
-Swiftshifting: Balance, reduces mana cost for shapeshifting, if you shift out/in quick enough
-Feral Charge: Feral, a very nice and at times very useful Feral talent, that gives a charge-like assault in bear form
-Nature's Swiftness: Restoration, makes your next Nature spell instant, can be a lifesaver if combined with a heal
-Innervate: Restoration, increases mana regeneration for the target for a brief duration, the most valuable single talent actually for a Druid, since mana is used for so much, but then it's an ultimate too
