Ok de tekst is in het engels (had het al op een andere engelstalig forum gepost), ga het niet volledig vertalen, we are gamers, we know english zeker
Here goes:
This game has been popping up and off in my mind for the last 10 years or so... never managed to find it back as I don't know the title... Ill try to recall what I remember (might not be 100% accurate)
1. You controlled a vehicle (I think a tank, not sure)
2. You started out on a beach and on the right side there was a "slope up" and there were containers around.
3. You could shoot some (all?) of these containers and at least 1 had some sort of powerup there on the beach
4. The game was devided in levels (pretty big), mostly linear as far as I can remember but there were hidden or optional sidepaths..
5. Your tank didn't shoot the "realistic" ballistic way of current tanks.. was more sci fi style with blue bolts and stuff..
6. It was freakin hard (or maybe that was because i was still pretty youngh back then
)
7. I *think* I remember both mobile and moving enemies of various model types.
8. I believe at a certain point in level 1 you moved through a canyon style environment (rocks on both sides, road between it)
9. COULD be a glide (3dfx) game back then.. Im guessing early 2000's ? Might have gotten it from some Twilight compilation CD (or crazybytes)
That's really all I recall (except the fact I remember I was addicted to it).. it's not Wargasm open level style (and wargasm is traditional tank behaviour).. also I THINK it was first person but who knows.. my memory is fuzzy so it might have been third.. but I think based on my immersion level it was first...
5 internets and a hug for anyone getting me the title
