This Saturday, February 18, we'll be running the second of three several map tests. New maps will be tested for the first time with a large number of players.
There is no set organisation to the teams, just show up and play.
The map test will start at 17:00 GMT = 12pm EST.

The aim of the test is to find bugs and give the mappers input on how to improve the maps for tournament play.
We need as many players as possible to attend to help the mappers get their maps ready for the campaign.

When we open signups later this month there will be several scrims where new maps will be tested in organized play.

Download FH2 if you don't have it yet.

1. !!New Minimod Version required!!
Hangman has been working hard on a new version of the minimod that includes a lot of bug fixes and some new equipment.
You must install it to be able to play. As this is a test build there is no installer. It will not infere with your FH2 installation in any way!

Please download the minimod file (Minimod 0.5 beta V4) and save it somewhere.

Then extract the file to the following directory and overwrite all old WaW files: \Battlefield 2\mods\FH2\

Please delete the following files in that folder if you have them, they are not required anymore:

waw_objects_ships_server.zip
waw_objects_ships_client.zip

We have merged the ships files into the main waw_objects_vehicles files as it makes things easier.

2. Map installation & Server
Either use the WaW Updater or extract the .rar files to the directory Battlefield 2\mods\fh2\levels.
