Method 1:
1. Download this file
http://www.filefront.com/14571839/L10N.rar/
2. Extract and place the 1_ENU.pak and 2_ENU.pak that you downloaded inside your Aion\L10N folder
3. Make sure your CC.ini (inside Aion\L10N\ENU) has CC = "1"

North American Client:
Change your region in the NCSoft Launcher, by doing File>Settings>Advanced>Region "North America"
Rename L10N folder to anything else
Repair with NCsoft Launcher
EU client:
Change your region in the NCSoft Launcher, by doing File>Settings>Advanced>Region "Europe"
Rename L10N folder to anything else
Repair with NCsoft Launcher
Method 3
Hey Guys, here's how to solve the korean language issue, follow instructions carefully:
1. Start the NCSoftLauncher, right click on Aion under INSTALLED, click language and set the Region on North America (Then it restarts automatically);
When it cames up again, watch carefully what you have: You should see Aion(Europe) under INSTALLED, and at the bottom of NOT INSTALLED you should see Aion.
2. Right click on Aion under NOT INSTALLED, then Properties and Browse next to Install Location, search for Aion.bin in the Game folder, under bin32.
3. Click OK, then Accept when the pop-up opens (don't worry, nothing will be overwritten or cancelled, it'll be just checked), then the NA Language Pack will be downloaded.
4. Last thing to do to play with the InfiniteAion Server: Right click on Aion (NOT Aion(Europe)) Then in the Extra command Line parameters paste this: -ip:96.236.130.182 -port:2106
Done. (If you want you can right click on Aion and select "create shortcut", your choice)
PS. Credits go to ultimat0, which wrote this a lot in topics, but noone followed his suggestions, i just wanted to highlight this in a new topic (if someone makes this sticky it would be appreciated).
PPS. When you open the NCSoftLauncher, sometimes you'll see red dots near a game, and a message which says "error whith last operation" or smth like this. Just RESTART IT and everything goes fine, i think it's bugged somehow..
PPPS. If you find any language mistakes in this, i'm sorry, but i'm Italian.

Method 4
- (4) Re-install only in Launcher fix:
1. Remove Aion from your launcher by right-clicking and choosing "Uninstall". Do not remove your game files - only remove it from the Launcher.
2. Restart the Launcher.
3. Right-click on Aion (should now be displayed as "Not installed") and choose "Install".
4. Customize the installation so that all language settings are correct and point it to your Aion game folder from the previous installation.
5. The Launcher will now try to patch any missing language files and hopefully resolve your issue (approx. 300~800 MB).
