PS3........

• God of War III bevestigd, teaser getoond.

• DC Universe Online getoond.

• Infamous komt in de lente van 2009.

• MAG: Massive Action Game voor het eerst getoond, online game à la SOCOM - van dezelfde dev - maar dan met 256 spelers !

• Ratchet & Clank: Quest for Booty komt naar de Store, nog deze zomer, voor $14.99.

• Rag Doll Kung Fu: Fists of Plastic aangekondigd (PSN), een sequel op het welbekende PC-game, gemaakt door het team achter LittleBigPlanet.

• Eternal Sonata (wiki) komt naar PS3, release in de herfst.

• Vanaf de herfst zul je ook met een PC kunnen inloggen op het PSN en bvb. berichten sturen naar vrienden om alvast iets af te spreken.


USA only........

• 40GB PS3 wordt vervangen door een model met 80GB harde schijf, voor dezelfde prijs (399 dollar).

• Voortaan zul je op de Store ook films - zowel in SD als HD - en afleveringen van tv-series kunnen downloaden. TV-afleveringen kosten $1.99, films huren $2.99 tot $5.99 en ze kopen $9.99-$14.99.
Je kan ze ook naar PSP downloaden.

• Pay-per-view komt vanaf 1 augustus ook naar Gran Turismo, met een heleboel content voor Gran Turismo TV, waaronder Top Gear.

• Greatest Hits (de beste games voor $29.99) titels aangekondigd: Resistance, Motorstorm, Warhawk, Call of Duty 3, Fight Night, Need For Speed Carbon, Rainbow Six Vegas, Assassin's Creed, The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion en Ninja Gaiden Sigma.


PSP........

• Resistance: Retribution, een nieuw (Europees) verhaal van Resistance (de Resistance die je kent van PS3).

• Valkyria Chronicles komt naar PSP.

• Super Stardust ook.

• Nieuw aangekondigd, zonder al te veel details: Crash Commando (2D sidescroller/shooter) en Fat Princess (top-down shooter).

• In de USA een nieuwe bundel voor $199 met daarin: Ratchet & Clank Size Matters, National Treasure 2 (film), 1GB Memory Stick en echochrome (PSN download).
