Vraagje over de download limiet, waarom denkt iedereen dat deze terug omhoog zal gaan? Ik heb vandaag een mail terug gekregen van rapidshare op de vraag wanneer hun limiet terug omhoog ging, hier is hun antwoord:
Hello,
The recent system updates allow us to offer our customers a strong and fully
functional service. In light of our recent improvements to our system, we
should have actually increased our prices, instead we have found a solution
that is fair for all users. Calculations have shown that the average user
downloads less than 2.66 GB per day. It is however the frequent users that go
beyond the scope of the average downloading and hardly cover the cost invested
by us.
As a result we came to the conclusion that we need to treat everybody the
same. By limiting the daily download capacity to 2.66 GB and offering
additional download capacity by purchasing and transferring TrafficShare to
added download capacity, we have finally found a fair solution, by which our
prices fit every users need.
RapidShare continues to be an innovative platform that leaves no user at a
price disadvantage.
We see that the recent upgrades may seem unkind to some users. Please note
however that the changes serve the overall RapidShare users and is by far a
greater benefit than disadvantage.
Of course we have kept our long term customers in mind, therefore all Premium
Accounts created or extended prior to October 23, 2008, have been credited
with 50GB of TrafficShare. In addition to this, these Accounts continued to
receive 10GB of daily download traffic, until expiration of the valid time. At
the point of Account extension, these Accounts will are then adapted to the
new traffic regulation.

Ze zeggen zelfs dat ze eigenlijk hun prijzen hadden moeten verhogen maar dat ze dit niet doen en daarom een faire(??) oplossing hebben gevonden voor iedereen. En ze zetten de download limiet per dag op 2,66Gb omdat dit minder dan het gemiddelde is wat elke user per dag download ????? RETARDED

nja, ma iedereen weet toch dat de gemiddelde rs gebruiker die buiten belgië woont er makkelijk meer dan 2.6 / dag download
tussen 2 uur 's nachts en 10 uur 's morgens gaat da wel, want dan telt het ma 10% mee, en rond 2 uur 's nachts is het 8 uur 's avonds en zijn onze vele amerikaanse vrienden toch ook goed actief, dus da kunnen hun lijnen wel aan

Wij delen onze rapidshare account met 3 man, en wij komen meer dan ruim toe met de huidige limiet. Dus 1 account met 3 man hé, wat moet dat dan wel ni zijn als we alle drie ons eigen account hadden.
