A plastic box. It must fit closely into the backside of your faceplate.
Five switches with three positions (on/off/on). Three connectors at the back.
One switch with two positions (on/off). Two or three connectors at the back.
Five dualcolor LEDs. We used red/green. Three connectors. 2.1V
One blue LED. Two connectors. 2.1V
Holders for the LEDs. Mine are handy click-on plastic ones.
Resistors. 11 x 1000 Ohms (any wattage) and 5 x 33 Ohms (3 watts).
10 diodes. Theese let power flow only one way, and not back.
Five male molex connectors.
One female molex connecor.
Approx 2m wire. Most wires can handle 0,5 Amps at 12 volts
